The following named lanes and roads are hereby designated to be alleys:
Nottinghill Lane
Overlook Lane
Mornington Lane
Kenilworth Lane
Hampshire Lane
Berkshire Lane
Clarkson Road (from Coventry Road to Demington Road)
Herrick Mews
Wilmar Court
Andrews Court
Nothing herein contained shall require any change in the title designation of such lanes or roads, except as shall be required to comply with Ohio statutes. The applicable speed limit for such alleys under Section 333.03 (Ohio R.C. 4511.21(G)) shall be fifteen miles per hour.
