SCHEDULE I - THROUGH STREETS
   (a)   The following streets are hereby designated to be through streets:
      Cedar Road
      Euclid Heights Boulevard west of Coventry Road
      Fairmount Boulevard
      Forest Hills Boulevard
      Lee Boulevard
      Mayfield Road
      Monticello Boulevard
      Noble Road south of Monticello Boulevard
      North Park Boulevard
      North Taylor Road south of Monticello Boulevard
      South Taylor Road north of Euclid Heights Boulevard
      Superior Road north of Mayfield Road
      Warrensville Center Road
   Stop signs shall be erected at the intersection of each street intersecting such through streets.

   (b)   The driver of a vehicle approaching any street that is designated a through street, unless otherwise directed by a police officer or a traffic control signal, shall stop such vehicle before entering or crossing the through street. However, the required stop shall not apply at the following locations:
      Cedar Road entering from Euclid Heights Boulevard and from Fairmount Boulevard;
      Euclid Heights Boulevard entering from Cedar Road;
      Euclid Heights Boulevard entering from Taylor Road;
      Fairmount Boulvard entering from Cedar Road; and
      Southbound traffic on Coventry Road entering to go west on Fairmount Boulevard.

   (c)   The following streets and portions of streets are hereby declared to not be through streets and to be designated “Non-Through Streets”. Traffic control devices shall be posted on all such streets and parts of streets listed in this subsection (c) indicating the speed limit to be twenty-five miles per hour.
      Euclid Heights Boulevard from Coventry Road to South Taylor Road
      Lee Road in its entirety
      Noble Road between Monticello Boulevard and the north corporation line
      North Taylor Road between Monticello Boulevard and the north corporation line
      South Taylor Road between Fairmount Boulevard and Euclid Heights Boulevard.
