355.09 PERMIT REVOCATION FOR VIOLATION.

In addition to the penalties provided in Section 303.99, the Mayor or designee shall have authority to revoke any permit for failure on the part of the permittee to comply with the provisions of this chapter or with the rules and regulations as established by the Mayor.
