353.06 USE OF SLUGS; DEFACING OR TAMPERING WITH METER.

No person shall deposit in any street or off-street parking meter in the City any slug, device or substitute for a coin of the United States money or deface, injure, damage, tamper with or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed by City authority. (Ord. 64-1949. Passed 7-18-49.)
