171.04 RECORD OF BIDS IN MINUTES.

All bids received pursuant to advertisement, whether the award is made by the Mayor or by Council, shall be reported to Council by the Mayor and made a matter of record on the minutes. (Ord. 55-1930. Passed 4-21-30; Ord. 153-2021. Passed 12-6-21.)
