159.06 CERTIFICATION TO BUREAU OF MOTOR VEHICLES.

The Mayor and the Clerk of Council are authorized and directed to complete any and all documents necessary to ensure that this chapter is certified to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on or before September 30, 1987.
