Regular meetings of the Transportation and Environmental Sustainability Committee shall be held and notice given in accordance with Open Meeting requirements. The Committee shall meet at least once a quarter and shall submit an annual report to City Council. The Transportation and Environmental Sustainability Committee shall elect its own Chairperson and Secretary annually and may establish its own bylaws after review and approval by the City Director of Law. The Secretary shall keep or cause to be kept a record of all meetings of the Committee.
