148.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Cleveland Heights Youth Advisory Commission. As part of a continuing effort to maintain communication and outreach in the City of Cleveland Heights, the purpose of this Commission shall be to assist the Council in an advisory capacity in the area of youth issues and concerns.
