The role of the Council liaison is to establish an informational bridge between City Council and the Committee. The Council liaison may participate in discussions, but shall make no attempt to control the discussion or influence any vote. The Council liaison shall keep City Council informed of the Committee’s activities and actions, or any recommendations that might eventually come before City Council.
