1513.02 BUILDINGS WITHIN FIRE DISTRICTS.
   Every building hereinafter erected, added to or altered within the Fire Districts shall comply with the following requirements as a minimum with only the exceptions hereinafter specifically set forth:
   (a)    Except as hereinafter provided, all buildings or structures shall be of Type 1, 2, 3, or 4 Constructions as described in the Ohio Basic Building Code.
   (b)   Only approved roofing of fire-resistive materials, not less than Fire Underwriters' Class 1 or 2 shall be permitted.
   (c)   No existing building or structure of Type 5 Construction, as described in the Ohio Basic Building Code, within the Fire Districts and now occupied as a dwelling shall hereafter be altered, remodeled or modified for the occupancy of more than two (2) families.
   (d)   No building or structure prohibited by this section shall be moved into a Fire District or moved from one (1) lot to another within the Fire Districts.
