1505.05 NOTICE TO REMOVE CITY OBSTRUCTIONS; CITY MAY REMOVE.
   Obstructions, other than motor vehicles, found in fire lanes shall be removed by the owner immediately if the Fire Warden or other enforcement personnel determines that such obstruction constitutes a clear and present danger and so notifies the owner or his agent. The enforcement official may give up to five days in which to remove the obstruction, if such official shall determine that no clear and present danger exists. Upon failure to comply with either the notice for immediate removal, or the notice giving up to five days to remove, the City may cause the obstruction to be removed, and the owner, occupant or other person in charge of the premises shall pay the cost of such removal.
