1501.12 CONFLICT.

In the event of conflict between the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code and the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code, the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code shall prevail. In the event of conflict between the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code and any other municipal ordinance or code adopted by the City, the more restrictive provision shall prevail.
