SCHEDULE V - ROOFS, GUTTERS, DOWNSPOUTS AND CHIMNEYS
   Pursuant to Section 1351.25, "approved roofs, gutters and downspouts" mean having passed an inspection which includes, among others, the following items:
   (a)   That buildings requiring gutters and downspouts shall have them.
   (b)   That splash boxes and french drains on secondary or appurtenant structures shall be properly routed.
   (c)   That gutters shall be free of blockage.
   (d)   That gutters and downspouts shall not be deteriorated, hanging, loose or insecure.
   (e)   Proper diameter of the downspouts.
   (f)   Proper width of the gutters.
   (g)   Proper seal of downspouts to the crocks.
   (h)   The condition of the roofing material.
   (i)   That branches and other live material shall be absent from the roofs.
   (j)   That flashing shall not be separated, loose or deteriorated from the roof material.
   (k)   That the underhangs or soffits shall be tightly nailed to the beams and shall be in a water-tight condition.
   (l)   The condition of parapets.
   (m)   That all incinerator chimneys shall have proper spark-arrester screens one (1) foot above the chimney.
   (n)   That all chimney caps shall be secure and whole.
