Pursuant to Section 1351.15, the following, among others, are items which shall be inspected in determining whether heating facilities are approved and properly maintained:
(a) The duct work.
(b) The dirt leg.
(c) The gas supply valve.
(d) The wiring.
(e) The automatic gas control valve.
(f) The access door.
(g) The cold air return.
(h) The clearance between furnace and walls.
(i) The vents.
(j) The sight gauges.
(k) The temperature/pressure valve.
(l) The drip leg.
(m) The vents or safety air valve.
(n) The radiators.
(o) The radiator handles.
(p) The thermostat.
Among others, the source for the items contained in this Schedule was the National Fuel Gas Code. All subsequent amendments, alterations, deletions, or other changes to the standards, rules or regulations contained therein shall be adopted without ordinance by the City unless expressly stated otherwise.
