(a) All secondary or appurtenant structures such as sheds, barns, garages, etc. and any extensions or additions thereto shall be maintained in good repair and free from health, accident and fire hazards, or shall be removed from the premises. For purposes of this section, a demolition permit obtained pursuant to the provisions contained in the Building Code may be required.
(b) Whenever such secondary or appurtenant structure is a garage as defined in the Zoning Code, and which is required to be on the premises by the Zoning Code, such structure shall be replaced.
(c) For purposes of this section, "properly maintained in good repair and free from health, accident and fire hazards" means having passed an inspection which includes but is not limited to, the items contained in Appendix Schedule IX of this Housing Code.
