1345.05 CASES OF EMERGENCY; ORDER OF IMMEDIATE COMPLIANCE.
   Whenever, in the opinion of the Building Commissioner, the condition of a structure or premises, or part thereof, constitutes an immediate hazard to human life or health, he shall declare a case of emergency and shall order the structure or premises or part thereof to be immediately vacated. For the purposes of this section, lack of water service, electrical service, or heat when required by Section 1351.15 is determined to constitute an immediate hazard to human life or health. Such notice shall be served in the manner provided in Section 1345.03, but shall require immediate compliance.
