After exhaustion of the administrative steps herein, including Section 1334.13 (i), a person aggrieved by any final order, requirement, determination, or any other final action by the City in relation to this regulation may appeal to the court of common pleas. Such an appeal shall be made in conformity with Ohio Rev. Code Ch. 2506. Written notice of appeal shall be served on the City to the attention of the Mayor and the Director of Law and a copy shall be provided to the SWCD. (Ord. 33-2019. Passed 5-6-19; Ord. 153-2021.
