(a) The permit fee for moving any building on or across any public property shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per day or fraction thereof, and the fee for moving without crossing over any public property shall be a one (1) time fee of forty dollars ($40.00).
(b) No person shall move any building without complying with all the requirements, conditions and limitations specified by the Building Commissioner in connection with the issued permit.
(c) Permit fees shall be doubled for applicants who move or attempt to move a building without a permit.
