1325.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; EXCEPTION AND FEE.

No person shall erect or attach any awning, except on a residential building, or erect any awning or tent without first obtaining a permit from the Building Commissioner and paying a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) therefor.
