(a) All outdoor signs including wall, projecting, pole, ground, marquee and roof shall be supported, anchored, braced, fastened and maintained as required by the Building Commissioner to withstand all dead, wind and other loads so as not to exceed unit stresses or otherwise become unsafe.
(b) No sign shall be placed so as to obstruct any door, window opening, fire escape or other means of egress of any building.

(c) Signs shall be erected or placed in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Code.
(d) The design of all signs requiring a permit shall be approved by the Architectural Board of Review. (Ord. 55-1994. Passed 5-16-94.)
