1315.02 QUORUM AND NO COMPENSATION.

Two (2) members of the Board of Building Code Appeals shall constitute a quorum. In varying the application of the Residential Building Code, or in modifying an order of the Building Commissioner, the affirmative votes of two (2) members shall be required. No compensation shall be paid to the Board members for the time served at Board meetings.
