1313.12 COMPLAINTS REGARDING VIOLATIONS.
   Whenever a violation of this Chapter occurs or is alleged to have occurred, any affected person may file a complaint according to the rules and procedures established by the Department of Building. (Ord. 108-2015. Passed 9-21-15.)
