This Chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Building Commissioner or designee. Building permits issued on the basis of plans and applications approved by the Board authorize only the designs and materials set forth in such approved plans and applications or amendments thereto. Construction contrary to that authorization shall be deemed a punishable violation of this Chapter. (Ord. 108-2015. Passed 9-21-15.)
