1303.04 COMPLIANCE WITH HOUSING CODE AND NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE.

In addition to requirements contained in the Ohio Building Code, all multiple dwellings shall be constructed, erected, equipped and maintained in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Housing Code (Chapter 1341 et seq. of the Codified Ordinances) and the National Electrical Code as amended in Section 1301.02 (RDH 1521.15).
