1301.03 NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE.
   The National Electric Code, as well as any subsequent amendments to the Code, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as part of the Cleveland Heights Building Code as if fully set out herein, save and except such portions herein deleted, modified or amended. The purpose of the National Electric Code is to provide minimum standards so that all electrical materials and installations in dwelling units of one (1), two (2) and three (3) family dwellings, mobile homes, multiple family dwellings, commercial occupancies and industrial occupancies shall be in accordance with the requirements of the National Electric Code: NFPA No. 70 sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association. A complete copy of the National Electric Code, as adopted, is on file with the Clerk of Council and the Cleveland Heights Branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library.
