131.14 LEAVE FOR RESERVE TRAINING DUTY.

The Mayor or designee may grant leave of absence with pay for employees who are absent from their duties for the purpose of fulfilling military reserve training duty. Such leave with pay shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days in any calendar year.
