1113.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Board of Control shall consist of five (5) members: the President of Council; the Chairman of the Planning and Development Committee of Council; the Mayor; the Chairman of the Planning Commission; and the Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals; by virtue of their respective offices or positions. All members shall serve without compensation.
