1105.02 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.

For the purposes of this Zoning Code the City is hereby divided into the following districts of permitted uses as follows:

AA Single-Family Residential District

A Single-Family Residential District

B Two-Family Residential District

MF-1 Multiple-Family Residential District

MF-2 Multiple-Family Residential District

MF-3 Multiple-Family Residential District

C-1 Office District

C-2 Local Retail District

C-2X Multiple Use District

C-3 General Commercial District

P Park District

S-1 Mixed Use District

S-2 Mixed Use District

PDO Planned Development Overlay District.
