125.03 ASSISTANT LAW DIRECTORS; UNAVAILABILITY.

(a) The Director of Law may recommend for appointment qualified persons as Assistant Directors of Law to perform such duties as are prescribed by the Director.

(b) The Mayor may designate an Assistant Director of Law to serve as the Acting Director of Law when the Director is unavailable to perform the duties of the office.
