(a) It shall be the duty of every permittee to produce and exhibit the permit upon the request of any authorized person who desires to inspect such permit.
(b) All permits issued by the Mayor shall be subject to the park rules and regulations and City ordinances. Permittees shall be bound by such rules, regulations and ordinances as fully as though they were inserted in such permits. Permittees shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained or any breach of rules, regulations and ordinances by any group member covered by such permit.
