Each applicant for a permit for commercial snow removal and/or commercial landscaping service shall execute and file with the City a good and sufficient bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). The bond shall be in a form approved by the Director of Law and shall be conditioned upon faithful observance of all of the conditions of this chapter and shall indemnify the City from any and all damage or loss sustained by reason of snow removal and/or landscaping services performed by the applicant.
