Any Person may file a Complaint with the Complaint Officer within one hundred and eighty (180) days after an alleged Unlawful Discriminatory Practice has occurred or after said practice has terminated, whichever is later. A Complaint shall be in writing, under oath, and in a form prescribed by the Complaint Officer. The form shall state that all Complaints are subject to the Ohio Public Records Act and are public records that may not be kept confidential. A Complaint may be amended at any time prior to being heard by the Board.
