Restrooms, dressing rooms, swimming pools, health clubs, gyms, hospitals, and public and private educational institutions that segregate on the basis of Sex are exempt from provisions in this Chapter concerning Unlawful Discriminatory Public Accommodation Practices based on Sex. Individuals with gender non-conforming appearance or behavior or Gender Identity or Expression may choose to use the above facilities accordingly.
