(a) It shall not be an Unlawful Discriminatory Education Practice for an Educational Institution to limit attendance in classes or programs conducted by an Educational Institution based upon a reasonable educational objective, except where to do so would otherwise violate a duty imposed upon the institution by federal or state law.
(b) It shall not be an Unlawful Discriminatory Education Practice for an Educational Institution to admit students or program attendees on the basis of that student's or attendee's Sex to achieve a reasonable educational objective, except where to do so would otherwise violate a duty imposed upon the institution by federal or state law.
