749.05 COMPLAINT OFFICER.
   The Mayor shall designate a Complaint Officer. The Complaint Officer shall be an employee of the City or other designee who is familiar with the jurisdictions and authorities of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Office of Civil Rights for the U.S. Department of Education, and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
