There shall be delivered to each licensed driver a badge, of such form and style as the Mayor may prescribe, with his license number thereon, which must, under penalty of revocation of the license, be constantly and conspicuously displayed on the driver's outer garment when he is engaged in his employment. However, in the case of drivers licensed by a municipality abutting the City, it shall be sufficient for him to display in the manner required herein, his badge furnished by that municipality.
