Any person who conducts a personal property sale as regulated by this chapter and who is not the occupant of the premises where such sale is conducted shall pay a permit fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to the Director of Finance prior to issuance of the permit, and an additional five dollars ($5.00) for any sale extension granted by the Mayor or designee.
