725.06 LICENSE RENEWAL.
   Applications for the renewal of an amusement device license shall be upon a form prescribed by the Mayor or designee and may be filed with the Mayor or designee after October 1, but before December 1, of the year preceding the calendar year for which the renewal is being sought. The Mayor or designee shall not renew a license until he shall have determined that the applicant remains eligible to receive a renewal of the license, and that the premises referred to in the license is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Codified Ordinances, all rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto and all applicable statutes and codes of the State of Ohio. In the event of nonrenewal, the Mayor or designee shall, upon the receipt of a written request from the applicant, state his reason for nonrenewal in writing.
