As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:
(a) "Amusement device" means a machine or device which operates or may be operated for use as a game, contest or amusement of any description or which may be used for any such game, contest or amusement; provided, however, that juke boxes, machines vending cigarettes and other products, and such amusements as may be specifically licensed and regulated by other provisions of the Codified Ordinances are excluded from this definition.
(b) "Person" includes natural persons, partnerships, corporations and all other forms of business organizations.
