§ 91.22 NUMBER OF DOGS, CATS AND OTHER ANIMALS PERMITTED ON PREMISES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation in the town to keep or allow more than four dogs or cats to be kept on any premises under his control within the corporate limits of the town.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation in the town to allow more than one miniature, pot-bellied pig to be kept on the premises located within the corporate limits of the town.
   (C)   Animals eight weeks of age or older are considered for the purpose of counting the number of animals regulated by this chapter.
   (D)   In the event a person owns more than the permitted number of animals allowed under this chapter upon the date this chapter was adopted, those animals over the permitted number shall be allowed to be kept by the owner until such time as the animal shall die or be given away by its owner. However, upon the animal's death or upon giving the animal away, that animal shall not be replaced with another animal.
