§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   Unless a different fine or penalty is set out in a particular section of this chapter, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall subject the violator to the following schedule for notices of violation:
   (A)   Animal cruelty. The violator shall be fined $500, per offense, per animal, for any conduct construed as animal cruelty, including but not limited to, a violation of § 91.26 or § 91.27 of this chapter.
   (B)   Dangerous dogs. The violator shall be fined $500, per offense, per animal for violation of terms of ownership of dangerous dog(s) (See § 91.30).
   (C)   Other violations. All other violations, including leash law violations:
      (1)   First notice of violation: $100;
      (2)   Second notice of violation: $200; and
      (3)   Third and subsequent notice of violation: $300.
   (D)   Application. Violations of this chapter are charged per offense, per animal. Fines and penalties are separate and shall accumulate accordingly. If a higher fine or penalty is set out in this chapter, the highest fine or penalty shall apply.
