960.01 CHARGES ESTABLISHED FOR USE.

The fees or charges levied, imposed and assessed for the use of the City’s compost facility shall be based upon the volume of materials received and shall be the rate established by the State of West Virginia Public Service Commission as required by the West Virginia Code. This section shall apply to any and all interim or permanent rates established by the State of West Virginia Public Service Commission for the use of said compost facility.
