541.12 FESTIVALS, FAIRS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.
   The provisions of this article shall not apply to any sponsor or street vendor who is a participant in a festival, fair or special event sponsored, endorsed or recognized by the City. (Ord. 87-12. Passed 5-21-87.)
