Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A person convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this article shall be fined not less than three hundred dollars ($300.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.
No owner, proprietor or manager shall operate or own an adult entertainment establishment or nude dancing premises at such time as any violation of Section 536.04 occurs.
