363.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whosoever fails to make payment of parking tickets pursuant to Sections 363.05 and 363.06 of this article within the prescribed seven (7) day period shall be assessed an additional penalty of five dollars ($5.00) per violation.

(b) Whosoever violates any other provision of this article for which a penalty is not provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
