153.01 CREATION.

   There is hereby created a Citizens Advisory Committee for the City.

153.02 MEMBERS.

   The members of the Citizens Advisory Committee will serve at the will and pleasure of the City Manager; subject, however, to the concurrence of a majority of Council. The duties of the Committee are to aid, assist and advise the City Manager and the City Planner relative to accomplishment of community goals contained in the “Workable Program for Community Improvement for the City of Clarksburg, West Virginia”.
