145.03 IMPLEMENTATION AND ORGANIZATION.

Council shall enact further ordinances and adopt resolutions as may be deemed necessary or desirable to implement and make effective the provisions of Sections 145.01 and 145.02 and to provide for the implementation of plans prepared by the Department of Development. (11-3-77)
