911.16.01 PURPOSE AND POLICY.

Sections 911.16 to 911.16.33 set forth uniform requirements for dischargers into the publicly owned treatment works (POTW) of the City of Chillicothe deemed necessary by the

Director to pretreat discharges into the system.
