(a) The Chillicothe Fire Department is hereby authorized to collect fire safety inspection fees.
(b) The Schedule of Fees for fire safety inspections shall be as follows:

First follow-up | $75.00 |
Second and each subsequent follow-up inspection | Increase the previous fee by $50.00 |
Required systems - Initial inspection | No fee |
Required systems - Subsequent inspections | $100.00 |
New Building/Business Inspections (Life Safety Inspections) | Fee |
Initial inspection | $200.00 |
Re-inspection | $50.00 |
First follow-up | $100.00 |
Second follow-up | $150.00 |
Third and each subsequent follow-up inspection | Increase the previous fee by $50.00 |
