134.02 NAMING FLOODWALL COMPLEX.

(a) The appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to name the Chillicothe Floodwall Complex, the "Louis 'Zeb' Ginther Floodwall Complex".

(b) The appropriate City officials are hereby authorized and directed to install appropriate signage to reflect such name.
